life update from Birmingham
i've more or less settled into student life in a new country! Its pretty great-- except I miss my dog, and had to tolerate some blatant racism.
i wonder whats the etiquette to petting dogs being walked on the street in Birmingham. Every time I fawn over a dog, the owners glare at me.
or is it the racist pre-conceived notion that all Chinese people eat dog meat? Hopefully not. Oh well.
The weather's great! I like my room, I like walking through town. The rain is fluffy.
I'm pretty happy for now, more or less.
3 more weeks..!
In about 3 more weeks or less I'll be flying off to further studies in Birmingham! Wow I'm excited. And stressed. So stressed. (white hair...)
In the mean time, I'm supposed to be plumping up my portfolio so I can print before I leave.
but instead i've been fanarting. I am terrible.
I'm also supposed to start packing, according to parents, but instead here I am, lazing around like a waste of space.
